Ingredient list:
  • organic soy miso paste
  • 100% buckwheat noodles (soba)
  • swiss chard


How to make it:
  • Wash 2 handful of swiss chard ,chop roughly and blanch for 3 minutes in boiling water.Drain
  • Cook 100% buckwheat noodles (soba) according to the instructions.Use 1/2 amount of what is recommended for 1 person.Drain
  • Mix well 1 tablespoon of organic miso paste with 250 ml. of freshly boiled water
  • Combine all ingredients in a soup bowl
  • Enjoy.
