Chicken burger seasoned with Italian seasonings, sautéed onions and yellow peppers on garlic Ezekiel bread

Ingredient list:
  • Chicken breast
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread
  • Italian seasonings
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • couple leaves of lettuce


How to make it:
  • Chop onions and slice peppers
  • Sautee them in pan with all seasonings
  • remove them to a plate
  • cook chicken with all seasonings
  • toast Ezekiel bread, butter then add garlic powder
  • put chicken, onions, peppers and lettuce on bread.
