These pancakes are super easy and super quick. And they taste absolutely delicious!


General applicability:

Egg and Banana Pancakes

Ingredient list:
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • ghee
  • agave syrup (optional)
  • blueberries (optional)


How to make it:
  • Mash ripe banana well, add in whisked eggs and cinnamon
  • Melt some ghee in the pan and cook small sized pancakes for about 30 seconds on each side
  • Serve with blueberries and agave and enjoy!
