Blood Type Diet RecipeFood Values ♦ Explore Recipes kale sushiPrint this recipe(5 votes) Category: Uncategorized Description: very quickly, using your allowable whole grain, steamed carrot sticks, sushi ginger, allowable veggies, i like palm hearts, artichoke hearts; a touch of wasabi or mustard powder, toss veggies other than carrot and ginger, in oil of your choice and a good dollop(big squeese/1/4cup), of Braggs Aminos/Soy Seasoning, ( unfermented and Wheat and Salt FREE), roll up in warmed, /200 degrees 10 min, kale leaf; i use whole young red kale leaf. lay leaf on sushi mat 2 tbl + grain(s) spread out, add veggies and lemon juice stewed thin ginger slices, lay steamed carrot stick(s), centred, roll as conventional sushi. Can use cold cured wild salmon or allowable sushi fishes. I just prefer veggy shushi, whether on kale or Nori. So simpke to make, yet soooooo erudite, dahling.....
