Honey Roasted Pumpkin
Best Used By Blood Types:
- 3 Cups Peeled and cubed Pumpkin
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Honey
How to make it:
- Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
- Peel and cube pumpkin. Put into a bowl. Add the olive oil and the honey and toss to coat. Put in a baking dish and bake till tender and lightly browned. Roasting time will depend on size of pumpkin cubes. Will take 30-40 minutes to roast. Enjoy
