Ingredient list:
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia/flax Seeds
  • 1/4 water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lecithin


How to make it:
  • Boil water.
  • Add Chia/flax Seeds to water, let stand for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place in a blender with lecithin.
  • Blend well.
