General applicability:

The good for you and good going down oatmeal cookie

Ingredient list:
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups Walnut Oil
  • 1/2 cup honey [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 5 packets Stevia [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 teaspoon organic Vanilla Extract [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 cup cooked Bob's Red Mill Extra Thick Rolled Oats [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 1/2 cups Amaranth flour [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons [baking powder Recipes]
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs


How to make it:
  • In blender or food processor, pulse together til well blended: eggs, oil, honey, Stevia, vanilla, cooked oats
  • Mix in bowl with remaining ingredients
  • Drop spoonfuls on parchment paper
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, until lightly browned
  • Be careful not to overcook
  • Eat while hot from the oven. It's hard not to!
