What to do with those monsters that hide in the garden

Best Used By Blood Types:
  • Type A (3 beneficials)

  • Baked Good

  • 3 cups whole spelt flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1tsp. sea salt
  • 1 T. ginger
  • 1T. cinnamon
  • 1T. turmeric
  • 1 T ground flax seed
  • 1 T ground allspice
  • 1 cup oil of choice, I used a combo of coconut, olive, and safflower ( I think evoo works very well)
  • 3 cups shredded zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 cup date sugar (which is just ground up dried dates)

How to make it:
  1. mix the dry ingredients together,
  2. mix the wet ingredients together
  3. and then combine,
  4. bake @ 350F for about 40 min. in very well greased and floured bread pans.
