General applicability:

Lentil soup
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.

Ingredient list:
  • 1 packet red lentils washed
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery stalks sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 litre vegetable or chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


How to make it:
  • heat oil in large pan
  • add onion,carrot and celery,
  • cook till onion clear, stirring occasionally,
  • add washed lentils and stock,
  • cook for 15 minutes or till veg soft,
  • blend in blender or stabbing mixer till smooth.
