General applicability:

Kale-Pineapple Smoothie
Green: recipe contains only neutral or a beneficials ingredients for that type.

Ingredient list:
  • 2 Bunches of Kale
  • 2 Figs (dried or fresh)
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz of Soft Tofu
  • 2 tbsp of Hemp Seed Powder


How to make it:
  • Blend all ingredients in blender and blend! You can add a bit if water or more pineapple juice if needed.
