| | Ingredients:- 200 g of beef
- 150 g of asparagus
- 200 g of broccoli
- 200 g of spinach
- 200 g of swiss chard
- 100 g of celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 or 2 zucchini
- 1 big onion
- 1 red pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 0,5 l of water
- parsley, the green part of fennel, rosemary, sea salt, lemon balm to taste (I usually add alot of these spices :))
How to make it:- Cut the beef into cubes.
- Slice the onions into small pieces.
- Wash the other vegetables and cut them into pieces. Make them as small as you want.
- Take the pressure cooker and pour in the olive oil and the sliced onions and let them brown. Add the meat and let it fry a little just so it gets a little bit brown.
- Add all the other vegetables and spices and pour in the water.
- Close the pressure cooker. When the water boils lower the fire and cook for 3 minutes then remove from the fire and let it slowly steam off.
- Make sure that all the the steam is off and open the cooker. Take 3-5 scoops of vegetables (try to get as much vegetables and as little soup as you can) and put them in a bowl.
- Take a mini blender and use it to blend the rest of the meat and veggies in the cooker.
- Add the veggies and meat from the bowl to the blended veggies in the cooker and mix a little with the cooking spoon.
- If you want you can add some more water, salt or other spices you might like when the soup is done. If you want you can omit peppers (they are beneficial for O's but an avoid for A's). You can use turkey or no meat at all. The soup is yummy either way. The next day the soup tastes even better, but you have to keep it in the fridge when it cools off.
