Ingredients:
  • Fresh parsley: as much as one hand can hold
  • Broccoli: as much as parsley
  • Dandelion greens: 6 leaves approximately
  • Collard greens: 4 leaves
  • Lemon: half of a big one with the peel
  • Whiting: 4 oz(or a fresh fish of your choice)
  • Half of a red onion: powerful antibacterial - don't miss this one
  • A small cut of ginger
  • One teaspoon turmeric
  • Half a teaspoon cumin
  • One spoon olive oil
  • Two spoon goat/sheep yogurt
  • One spoon red wine
  • One spoon tomato paste
  • 5-6 almonds
  • One cup of purified water

How to make it:
  1. I do the yogurt myself with a sheep and goat cheese heated up to 72 celsius and goat milk.
  2. Mix some cheese with the milk and put them near a fan, it heats it enough to let beneficial bacteria grow.
  3. I just wash the vegetables with a vegetable washer or let mom do that part and then mix with the fish, oil, almonds, yogurt, wine and spices in a blender(I guess that part is called a blender in English).
    Comments:
    I choose commercially pocketed alaskan whiting in İstanbul because it has almost no sea toxins when compared with other fish. I probably will do it with fresh mackerel in Antalya. I use the fish raw confidentially because there are enough antibacterial foods to counter the risk. Ingredients are neutr or beneficial for everyone except the unknown sumac, commercial blackpepper, whiting(avoid for AB), unknown goat/sheep yogurt and tomato paste. But it's ok without sumac, blackpepper, goat/sheep yogurt and tomato paste still. A beneficial no salt salad :) It has enough goitrogens to make one feel a little colder temporarily, not advised for people with thyroid problems.
  4. I sometimes add about a teaspoon bladderwrack.
  5. I first add spices, yogurt, wine and tomato paste and then the vegetables to a blender and work it.
  6. It's ready to be served.
    Comments:
    Herbs that are to be extracted can be added to the red wine and waited a day so you don't need to consume extra alcohol or the whole herb. Tomato paste is rich with lycopen. An asian fruit called gac has 50 times lycopen as a tomato does and it's 5 times the paste's but it's not available. Sun dried apricots is another choice for lycopen but that's not ok with Os.
