Really delicious and simple.
Best Used By Blood Types:
- Type A Non Secretor (1 beneficials)
- Type B (3 beneficials)
- Type B Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
- Type O (2 beneficials)

- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup soy milk (unsweetened, plain, or vanilla)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- (instead of soy milk and ice, you may use 3/4 cup of vanilla yogurt)
How to make it:
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and Enjoy!
