- Type AB (0 beneficials)
- Type AB Non Secretor (0 beneficials)
- Type B (1 beneficials)
- Type B Non Secretor (1 beneficials)
- Type O (3 beneficials)
- Type O Non Secretor (2 beneficials)
- 1 cup 100% Pineapple Juice
- Handful Organic Romaine Lettuce
- Handful Organic Spinach Leaves
How to make it:
- Put all in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
