Ingredient list:
  • 2 cup spelt flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk or 1 cup rice/soy milk plus 1 Tablespoon lemon juice


How to make it:
  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Grease baking sheet.
  • Combine dry ingredients and add buttermilk or substitute until just blended.
  • Drop batter by heaping spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes.
