Description:

This is a great dense smoothie with 7 beneficials for type o's. Even if you don't like pumpkin this is really good. It takes on the banana flavor in the smoothie.

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 7 1/2 ounce organic canned pumpkin(no sugar added)
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen cherries
  • 8-10 oz pineapple or black cherry juice
  • 1 Tablespoon carob powder
  • serves 2-3
