pumpkin carob fruit smoothie

This is a great dense smoothie with 7 beneficials for type o's. Even if you don't like pumpkin this is really good. It takes on the banana flavor in the smoothie.
Ingredients:- 1 banana
- 7 1/2 ounce organic canned pumpkin(no sugar added)
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen cherries
- 8-10 oz pineapple or black cherry juice
- 1 Tablespoon carob powder
- serves 2-3
