Watercress salad

Ingredients:
  • watercress
  • juice of one small lemon
  • small amount of olive oil
  • sea salt
  • one medium clove of garlic, crushed
How to make it:
  1. Chop one bunch of watercress (stems and all) and place into a bowl
  2. Add lemon juice to cress
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Add salt to taste – not too much!
  5. Add garlic
  6. Stir

    Comment:
    This salad wilts very quickly, so it’s best made just before serving, or keeping the lemon/oil out of it until the last possible second.
