Watercress salad

  • watercress
  • juice of one small lemon
  • small amount of olive oil
  • sea salt
  • one medium clove of garlic, crushed
How to make it:
  1. Chop one bunch of watercress (stems and all) and place into a bowl
  2. Add lemon juice to cress
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Add salt to taste not too much!
  5. Add garlic
  6. Stir

    This salad wilts very quickly, so its best made just before serving, or keeping the lemon/oil out of it until the last possible second.
