Avocado/alfalfa sprout sandwich

Ingredients:
  • Rice bread.
  • soft goat cheese or other BTD compliant cheese.
  • avocado
  • lemon juice
  • sea salt
  • one onion slice - any kind you prefer
  • handful of alfalfa sprouts
How to make it:
  1. Toast your bread.
  2. Spread a little soft goat cheese or other btd compliant cheese.
  3. Scoop out the avocado and slice.
  4. Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice
  5. Lightly salt it
  6. Layer on one onion slice - any kind you prefer
  7. Place a handful of alfalfa sprouts on top.
  8. Pile it all together and -- enjoy!
