Noodles with bean sauce

Ingredients:- Cooked rice noodles
- Cooked pinto beans [or BTD compliant substitute]
- ghee or olive oil
- parsley
- diced onion
- garlic
- sea salt
How to make it:- Throw rice noodles in a non stick pan with a little ghee or olive oil
- Puree cooked pinto beans in a chopper or blender, then add some diced onion, garlic and sea salt
- Add some rinsed parsley
- Add olive oil as you chop
- Pour the bean mix into the warmed noodles and stir.
- If you can eat cheese, I would have thrown some grated cheese on top
