Gatherer Millet-Amaranth Bread
Description:
A delicious, dense little loaf that tastes good with savory or sweet variations.
Ingredients:- 3 cups millet flour
- 2 cups amaranth flour
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup oil [allowed for bT]
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon raising agent
How to make it:- Soak the first four ingredients overnight.
- Mix oil, egg and salt in well.
- Add raising agent last.
- Pour batter into four mini loaf pans.
- Bake at 180C/350F for 45-60 minutes.
