Gatherer Millet-Amaranth Bread

Description:

A delicious, dense little loaf that tastes good with savory or sweet variations.

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups millet flour
  • 2 cups amaranth flour
  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup oil [allowed for bT]
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 Tablespoon raising agent
How to make it:
  1. Soak the first four ingredients overnight.
  2. Mix oil, egg and salt in well.
  3. Add raising agent last.
  4. Pour batter into four mini loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 180C/350F for 45-60 minutes.
