Description:

Its a great blend of bananas, mango, pineapple and ginger.

Ingredients:
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of Pineapple chunks (preferably organic or fresh)
  • 1 cup of sliced mango (organic or fresh)
  • 2 table spoons of ginger root (cut up small)
How to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, you may add a 1/2 a cup of soy milk if you dont want it that thick.
