Tropical Shake

Description:
Its a great blend of bananas, mango, pineapple and ginger.
Ingredients:- 1 banana
- 1 cup of Pineapple chunks (preferably organic or fresh)
- 1 cup of sliced mango (organic or fresh)
- 2 table spoons of ginger root (cut up small)
How to make it:- Mix all ingredients in a blender, you may add a 1/2 a cup of soy milk if you dont want it that thick.
