Rye 'Corn'bread

Description:
This bread is a perfect match with my Tomato less Vegetable Soup With Turkey.
Ingredients:- 1 1/2 cups rye flour
- 1/2 cup spelt flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups soy buttermilk (sour soy milk with lemon juice)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
How to make it:- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour batter into a hot skillet.
- Bake on 450 degrees F. for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
