Rye 'Corn'bread

Description:

This bread is a perfect match with my Tomato less Vegetable Soup With Turkey.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups rye flour
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups soy buttermilk (sour soy milk with lemon juice)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
How to make it:
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour batter into a hot skillet.
  3. Bake on 450 degrees F. for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
