Ingredients:
  • Adzuki beans
  • red onion
  • parsley
  • red pepper
  • garlic
  • tumeric
  • kelp
  • olive oil
  • cayenne pepper
How to make it:
  1. soak beans over night
  2. cook untill tender.
  3. finely dice red onion, red pepper,garlic and parsley.
  4. mix other Ingedients to taste and combine all Ingedients together serve either on its own or a side dish with meat etc.
  5. You can also add lemon juice and salt to taste.
