How to make it:
- Adzuki beans
- red onion
- red pepper
- olive oil
- cayenne pepper
- soak beans over night
- cook untill tender.
- finely dice red onion, red pepper,garlic and parsley.
- mix other Ingedients to taste and combine all Ingedients together serve either on its own or a side dish with meat etc.
- You can also add lemon juice and salt to taste.
