  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1 Tablespoon of unsweetened organic chocolate powder
How to make it:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. You can replace the mango with different fruits, but the avocado and banana are essential to give it a creamy consistency.
