How to make it:
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 cups packed kale leaves, rinsed well and dried
- 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
- In large skillet, heat oil; add kale.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until kale is tender.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
