Ingredients:
  • Straw mushrooms Fresh, dried or canned.
How to make it:
  1. Put them in any oriental soup!
  2. Straw mushrooms are used mostly for their texture and bite, rather than their taste which is neutral or a bit bland if you like.
  3. They tend to absorb the taste from the other ingredients.
