Carrot and Parsnip Mash

  • 4 carrots
  • 4 parsnips
  • 50grams butter or ghee
  • freshly ground black pepper [or curry]
  • sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Peel and thickly slice the carrots and parsnips.
  2. Boil them until tender.
  3. Drain well and mash them together.
  4. Mix in the butter or ghee and season to taste.
