|Carrot and Parsnip Mash|

How to make it:
- 4 carrots
- 4 parsnips
- 50grams butter or ghee
- freshly ground black pepper [or curry]
- sea salt
- Peel and thickly slice the carrots and parsnips.
- Boil them until tender.
- Drain well and mash them together.
- Mix in the butter or ghee and season to taste.
