Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup honey [or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain brown rice flour
  • 1/4 cup potato flour (not potato starch)[or use a BTD compliant substitute]
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder [baking powder Recipes]
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • dash stevia (optional)
How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Gently mix all ingredients.
  3. Shape into small balls.
  4. Bake 10-12 min.
