|Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes and Peaches|
A thanksgiving side dish.
How to make it:
- 3 sweet potatoes, baked, peeled and mashed
- 1 can sliced peaches in lite syrup
- 1 Tablespoon honey or agave
- nutmeg or cloves to taste
- butter or ghee (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix sweet potatoes with peaches (and some or all juice), and honey or agave.
- Sprinkle lightly with spices, dot with butter, if using, and bake till bubbling.
