Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes and Peaches


A thanksgiving side dish.

  • 3 sweet potatoes, baked, peeled and mashed
  • 1 can sliced peaches in lite syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon honey or agave
  • nutmeg or cloves to taste
  • butter or ghee (optional)
How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Mix sweet potatoes with peaches (and some or all juice), and honey or agave.
  3. Sprinkle lightly with spices, dot with butter, if using, and bake till bubbling.
