It's good at room temperature.
How to make it:
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- After washing celery, slice thinly on the bias.
- Blanch them for about a minute, more or less depending how crispy you want them.
- Then drain the celery.
- Add sea salt, lemon juice, raisins and olive oil to taste.
- For B's you may add some capers.
