Celery Salad

It's good at room temperature.

  • Celery
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Raisins
How to make it:
  1. After washing celery, slice thinly on the bias.
  2. Blanch them for about a minute, more or less depending how crispy you want them.
  3. Then drain the celery.
  4. Add sea salt, lemon juice, raisins and olive oil to taste.
  5. Mix.
  6. For B's you may add some capers.
