Beneficial Salad Dressing

Description:
Quick and easy salad dressing.
Ingredients:- 3/4 cup walnut oil [or olive oil]
- 1/3 cup lemon or lime juice, fresh-squeezed
- 2 Tablespoons wheat-free tamari, optional or 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 2-3 Tablespoons ginger root, grated
How to make it:- Put all ingredients into a jar and shake well.
- Keep in the refrigerator.
