Tofu Carob Sugar-Free/Protein Drink
Description:
Delicious high protein sugar-free drink..... great for breakfast or for that 3:00PM pick-me-up.
Ingredients:- 8 ounces tofu, extra soft
- 3 cups rice milk [or BTD compliant milk]
- 1/4 teaspoon stevia [or BTD compliant sweetener]
- 1 Tablespoon carob powder
How to make it:- Blend and chill.
- Makes 1 qt.
