Tofu Carob Sugar-Free/Protein Drink


Delicious high protein sugar-free drink..... great for breakfast or for that 3:00PM pick-me-up.

  • 8 ounces tofu, extra soft
  • 3 cups rice milk [or BTD compliant milk]
  • 1/4 teaspoon stevia [or BTD compliant sweetener]
  • 1 Tablespoon carob powder
How to make it:
  1. Blend and chill.
  2. Makes 1 qt.
