Ingredients:
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 Tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • Cinnamon, to taste (Type B omit)
How to make it:
  1. Mix, pour into cups, and freeze.
