Banana Avocado Crockpot Bread


Delicious for breakfast! Serve warmed up and pour a little almond milk over it. You can even eat it with a spoon like bread pudding. Almost entirely beneficial for type O nonsec, no avoids, just a few neutrals.

  • 2 v. ripe bananas
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened rice or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup walnut or olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup rice bran
  • 1cup cooked brown rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/3 cup blackstrap molasses
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne(chile) powder
  • 1 cup chopped nuts of choice or pumpkin seeds.
How to make it:
  1. Beat oil, sugar, and eggs well
  2. Add the fruits and cream till smooth
  3. Blend dry ingredients together then add slowly to mixture stirring continuously
  4. Mix in almond/rice milk slowly and finally the blackstrap molasses and nuts
  5. Pour into slightly oiled crockpot, bake on low for approximately four hours.
