Pineapple and Rice Cake


Ingredients:
  • 1kg of pineapple only meat or 2 big cans
  • 200g basmati rice
  • 50g dextrose
  • 10 egg whites and 2 yolks
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • CREAM
  • 500g ricotta cheese
  • 2dl of yogurt
  • 50g dextrose
  • vanilla extract
How to make it:
  1. Mix pineapple in blender.
  2. Cook rice.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Put it in glass pan and bake it until egg whites are done.
  5. Cream: mix ricotta, yogurt, dextrose, vanilla.
  6. Fill cake when it is cold.
