Mediteranian Bread

  • 2 cups oats
  • 10 egg whites
  • 10 green olives, pitted
  • 2 cups of water
How to make it:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix oats, egg whites, water.
  3. Cover and leave overnight.
  4. Cut the olives into small peaces and mix with oats and egg whites.
  5. Put the mixture in glass pan and bake it about 45 min till egg whites are baked.
