Spaghetti Squash, Italian-Style
Description:
Spaghetti squash dish
Ingredients:- spaghetti squash
- Parmesan cheese [or BTD compliant cheese]
- butter [or ghee]
- sea salt
- cayenne, optional
- parsley, optional
How to make it:- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash squash and cut in half lengthwise.
- Remove and discard seeds.
- Place squash, cut sides down on a tray.
- Bake 55 minutes or until squash is tender.
- Using a fork, remove spaghetti-like strands from squash and discard shells.
- Place strands in a serving bowl.
- Add sea salt, butter or ghee, and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Toss gently.
- Garnish with parsley and/or cayenne, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
