Description:

Though it doesn't taste exactly like coconut milk, it has nearly the same consistency and flavor. This is perfect for those coconut curry dishes that call for the coconut milk.

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 Tablespoon agave nectar or vegetable glycerine
  • dash of sea salt
How to make it:
  1. Blend on high until well-blended
  2. Add more water/sea salt/sweetener to taste.
