Tofu With Sauteed Vegetables


quick and easy

  • 2 Tbls. olive oil, 1large sweet onion, 4oz. mushrooms, 1lg. ripe tomato, 8 oz. extra firm tofu
How to make it:
  1. Chop onion and saute over medium heat about 5 mins.add sliced mushrooms,cook 3 mins.longer, add chopped tomato. Heat until warm. Place cubed tofu in microwave steamer.Steam for 1-2 mins. Mix with vegetables.
