Cream Substitute


Compliant substitute for cream.

  • 16 ounces soy milk [or BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 pound unsalted butter (think salted would probably work just as well) [or ghee]
  • 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin [or arrowroot]
How to make it:
  1. Heat all together, gently, to dissolve the gelatin or arrowroot, and melt the butter or ghee.
