Compliant substitute for cream.
How to make it:
- 16 ounces soy milk [or BTD compliant substitute]
- 1 pound unsalted butter (think salted would probably work just as well) [or ghee]
- 1 teaspoon powdered gelatin [or arrowroot]
- Heat all together, gently, to dissolve the gelatin or arrowroot, and melt the butter or ghee.
