Ingredients:
  • 2 cups kale shredded
  • 1 cobbed or sliced tomato
  • 2 cloves Garlic cut in small pieces
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice (short grain is my favourite)
  • 1/4 cup kelp Flakes (source: www.bckelp.com)
  • 8 cut or powdered almonds (any nut will do)
  • 1 cubed avacado (optional) this makes an extra yummy rich salad
  • salad dressing:
  • 5 Tbl olive oil
  • 4 Tbl apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbl soy sauce
How to make it:
  1. mix salad dressing in salad just before serving.
  2. Toss and serve.
  3. ENJOY!
