Complete Food Seaweed Veggie Salad

Ingredients:- 2 cups kale shredded
- 1 cobbed or sliced tomato
- 2 cloves Garlic cut in small pieces
- 1 cup cooked brown rice (short grain is my favourite)
- 1/4 cup kelp Flakes (source: www.bckelp.com)
- 8 cut or powdered almonds (any nut will do)
- 1 cubed avacado (optional) this makes an extra yummy rich salad
- salad dressing:
- 5 Tbl olive oil
- 4 Tbl apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbl soy sauce
How to make it:- mix salad dressing in salad just before serving.
- Toss and serve.
