Turkey w/ Millet - Stovetop Casserole


Great way to use leftover compliant meat...
  • We have used this recipe with rice (white, brown, or basmati) or millet...
  • Check compliance: Top with plain yogurt, if desired.

    • 2 C Turkey, cooked and chopped
    • 4 C Broth or water
    • 1 C Millet
    • 3 T Onion, dehydrated
    • 2 t Garlic, dehydrated
    • 1 T Parsley, dehydrated
    How to make it:
    1. Put everything except millet in pan and heat to boiling. Add millet, reduce heat to simmer and cook for approximately 30 minutes, or until millet is soft.
    2. Serve with vegetable or salad, as desired.
