Marinated Ostrich Skewers


Quick and easy to prepare for a BBQ

  • 500g Ostrich cubes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar [or lemon juice]
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons BBQ spice
  • sea salt to taste
  • 3 sweet yellow peppers
  • 3 sweet red peppers
  • 3 red onions
How to make it:
  1. Marinate the ostrich cubes in the balsamic vinegar, sea salt, spices, and garlic for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the vegetables into big chunks
  3. Arrange on skewers, and either grill or place on the BBQ
