Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars

Description:

Your kids won't know these don't have wheat in them! Delicious.

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2-2/3 cup ghee
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup spelt flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips
How to make it:
  1. Mix eggs, sugars and ghee.
  2. Add vanilla and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flours, oats, soda and salt.
  4. Add to egg mixture and stir until blended.
  5. Add chocolate chips, mix.
  6. Put into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
  7. Cut into bars or squares.
  8. Good warm or cooled.
