Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars
Description:
Your kids won't know these don't have wheat in them! Delicious.
Ingredients:- 3 eggs
- 1/2-2/3 cup ghee
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
How to make it:- Mix eggs, sugars and ghee.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flours, oats, soda and salt.
- Add to egg mixture and stir until blended.
- Add chocolate chips, mix.
- Put into a greased jelly roll pan and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
- Cut into bars or squares.
- Good warm or cooled.
