|Turkey Apple Sausage|
Since this recipe adds the spices to taste, make sure not to add too much in the beginning.
How to make it:
- 1-pound ground turkey breast
- 1 small apple
- ground cloves, to taste
- ground ginger, to taste
- allspice, to taste
- white or black pepper, to taste
- Peel and mince the apple.
- Mix with other items.
- Make one small patty to check flavor.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours before use.
- This gives it time to mix its flavors together.
