Turkey Apple Sausage


Since this recipe adds the spices to taste, make sure not to add too much in the beginning.

  • 1-pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 small apple
  • ground cloves, to taste
  • ground ginger, to taste
  • allspice, to taste
  • white or black pepper, to taste
How to make it:
  1. Peel and mince the apple.
  2. Mix with other items.
  3. Make one small patty to check flavor.
  4. Adjust spices to your taste.
  5. Refrigerate for 24 hours before use.
  6. This gives it time to mix its flavors together.
