Fire Roasted Red Pepper Soup

Description:

Perfect for a cold and rainy day.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cooked squash
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 12-ounce jar fire-roasted red peppers plus the juice

    Optional Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon sugar [or BTD compliant substitute]
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon wheat-free tamari
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon chicory root
How to make it:
  1. Puree the above ingredients
  2. Mix in seasonings, as desired.
  3. Heat and enjoy.
