Quick Chili Tuna Rice

A tasty south Asian influenced dish.

  • per person:
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 small tin tuna {or fresh fish / lamb/ beef if you have it}
  • 1 cup of chopped and mixed:
  • cucumber
  • parsley
  • basil
  • mint
  • onion or shallots
  • dressing mix:
  • juice of a lime
  • Tablespoon date and nectarine chutney
  • Tablespoon tamari
  • Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small green chili
How to make it:
  1. cook rice, and on a plate arrange cucumber, tuna, onions with chopped herbs on top and hot rice on top
  2. Pour dressing over.
